Terms & Conditions

By commissioning music from me (Gemini), you agree to the following:

General Terms

- Ill behaviour will not be tolerated and will subject your commission to cancellation if it occurs.
- I reserve the right to deny any order for any reason.

Regarding Payment

- I only accept payments through PayPal.
- I will only start work on your commission once I have received the base price I give you. Base Prices can be found on the Regular Commissions page.
- PLEASE discuss with me before you send any money over. This is imperative and I cannot do your commission if we do not discuss it first.

Regarding Your Commission

- Commissioned works can and will be posted on social media at my discretion. (BlueSky, Discord, YouTube, etc.)
- Your commissioned work may be used as a video or stream BGM, reposted on other social media or sites, etc., provided I am properly credited as the artist.
- The commissioned work may not be used for commercial purposes (reproduction, re-selling, etc.) beyond content creation purposes (i.e. streams, youtube videos). As the commissioner, you will only receive personal use rights.**
- The client can expect to receive regular updates while the commission is a work-in-progress. The client is encouraged to provide feedback and thoughts on the work.
- Where the finished work is delivered is up to discussion, I am more than happy to accommodate if requested.
- Commission details will be discussed within Twitter or Discord DMs. I will send you a forms link to specify the kind of work you want.
- Your commissioned work may not be used in AI generation or training, or as NFT in any shape or form.

**Commerical usage of commissions are available for 3x (three times) the original price. Unless otherwise specified, commissions are for personal use only.
